What should I do if the website won’t open?
  •  If a website suddenly stopped opening, it probably means that IP address of your computer got into the ban list of our server.
  • You should send your IP address to the e-mail of our technical support (support@vpotoke.com)
  • To find out what your IP address is, you can search yandex.ru for “my ip address”. The line “Your IP address is…” will be above search results.
  • Send us this value. We will unblock the access as soon as possible.

What should I do if while changing personal data in my account (telephone number and transactions code, I don’t receive any sms with a one-time password at my cell phone?

  •  Go to the website of OTP https://otp.privatbank.ua/login.cgi service
  • State your cell phone number in international format and say that this umber doesn’t receive sms. Specialists will test it and correct the situation.
What should I do if a webinar won’t open at my computer?
  •  You should have an up-to-date version of flash player for correct work with the webinar.
  • Before installation new version, you’d better uninstall the previous one. Download and start the application which will help you uninstall the player from your system. (*Download application *). Close your browser before uninstalling the player.
  • After uninstalling go to the page of player download http://get.adobe.com/ru/flashplayer/ and press yellow button
  • “Accept terms and install”  follow the instruction.
  • Attention! Your Windows account should have “Administrator” rights. A “Guest” won’t be able to install the player.
  • After installation close the browser and open it again. If there were no mistakes, you will have correct access to the webinar.

Can I save (to my hard disk) a course of distance education?

  •  No, you can’t. Such courses can be taken on the server of distance education only on condition you have the Internet.
How can I activate and edit partner’s personal website?
  • If your are a participant of Partner Program Vpotoke.Inc. already, you have an opportunity to activate your personal promo-website. To activate your personal website you should go to “Business Instruments” of your Personal Cabinet and click “activate” in the respective folder.
  • After the activation in the Internet a website having address http://your_login.vpotoke.com will be available.
  • Access to the administrative part of this website is possible at http://your_login.vpotoke.com/admin/  Access details are the same as in Personal Cabinet.
  • Now you can change personal photo, slogan, have your own news block, create and edit pages of your website. A detailed instruction with a video guide will be published during one workweek.
