The beginning of the relationship between the Company VPOTOKE.Inc and Partner
is the date of filling out the registration card with a note expressing
Partner agreement to follow these Rules.
1. Terms
1.1. The partnership does not imply the relationship "Employer-employee". Partner is a client of the company, which expressed a desire to promote the company's product (educational programs) on the market for a fee.
2. Corporate standards 2.1. Partnership is based on a balance of the company and its partners’ interests, recognizing the importance, significance of all participants.
2.2. Partner uses the company's product line, is regularly trained and imparts knowledge and experience to other partners.
2.3. Partner knows Partner Program (marketing plan), correctly represents it to its potential partners, showing real advantages of it.
2.4. Partner has business relationships with other partners, holds principals based on team-building concerning general business.
2.5. Partner is loyal to its company: does not commit acts detrimental to the reputation of the Company; does not allow incorrect statements addressed to the company leaders and other partners;
strictly follows the decisions of the company leaders and recommendations of the Leaders Council.
2.6. The company appreciates betrayed to business and active Partners, encourages and
supports initiatives directed on the development of the Company.
3. Responsibility 3.1. Partner of the company is responsible for the development of its business
and taxes payment for rewards received under Partner program.
3.2. Partner takes full responsibility for all information
provided to potential customers regarding the company's product and Partner Program.
3.3. The company supports the operation of private back office of the Partner on the Company's website, provides partners with the business tools.
3.4. The company guarantees product of high quality offered to clients and partners.
3.5. The company carries responsibility on rewards payment under the terms of the Partner Program.
4. Final Provisions
4.1. Partner may at any time withdraw from of the Partner Program staying as a customer of the company.
4.2. In case of violation of these Regulations the Partner, the Company reserves the right, in consultation with the Leaders Council to terminate partnerships having warned the Partner in advance about possible consequences of violations.
